Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of the Hepulawa Village community through training in the development of creative products based on local materials, integrated with packaging design, branding, product storytelling, and digital marketing. The program was carried out through preparation, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages involving various community stakeholders. Pre-test and post-test results indicated a significant improvement, with an average increase of 37.5 points and an N-Gain score of 0.70 classified as high. Participants successfully created various creative products, developed simple packaging designs, and marketed their products through social media and local marketplaces. Furthermore, a new business group was formed as social capital to support the sustainability of product development. This training proved effective in improving technical skills, creativity, and digital capabilities, thus contributing to the long-term potential for local economic growth.
