Abstract
Bullying cases in Indonesian educational institutions, especially at the elementary school level, are still a serious problem and are often not realized by schools and parents. Bullying that is carried out both physically and psychologically can have a prolonged negative impact on victims and perpetrators. Through Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities, the State University of Padang (UNP) 2025 KKN team conducted bullying prevention socialization activities at SD Negeri 19 IV Koto Aur Malintang, Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang Selatan, IV Koto Aur Malintang District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The purpose of this socialization activity is to increase students' understanding of what bullying is, types of bullying, the impact of bullying, and efforts to prevent and overcome it. The method used was interactive socialization with a participatory approach involving students, teachers, and school staff. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' understanding of bullying, students' commitment not to bully, and teachers' awareness to be more sensitive to signs of bullying in the school environment. The socialization is expected to have a long-term impact in creating a safe and bullying-free school environment.
