Pelatihan Packaging dan Digital Marketing untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk UMKM Pertanian Cilacap

This community service report discusses a program to increase sales of agricultural MSMEs in Cilacap through training on packaging and online marketing. The program, titled "Digital Packaging and Marketing Training to Increase Sales of Agricultural MSME Products in Cilacap," was conducted on September 26, 2025, involving employees and field assistants from the Cilacap Regency Agriculture Office. The program involved face-to-face training and mentoring, focusing heavily on practical skills for product packaging and truly effective digital promotions. The results were clearly visible, with participants becoming more knowledgeable and proficient in creating eye-catching packaging designs, informative labels, and fluent in digital platforms like social media and marketplaces. They were even able to create new, professional-looking packaging prototypes and set up online business accounts for the MSMEs they mentored. Challenges such as limited internet access, varying levels of digital literacy, and psychological issues were overcome through one-on-one mentoring and prepared learning modules. Finally, the results of this program were disseminated through regional seminars and social media posts, so that they could be accounted for to the public and serve as inspiration for other MSMEs in Cilacap.
